About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative UX Writer to help shape how our brand shows up across every interaction. In this role, you’ll bring our tone of voice to life through clear, purposeful, and human-centred content—making even the most complex ideas simple, accessible, and engaging.
You’ll play a key role in designing seamless digital journeys and service experiences, crafting content that reduces friction and supports users at every step. Whether it’s internal platforms or customer-facing touchpoints, your words will help create intuitive, meaningful experiences that truly resonate.
Working collaboratively with designers, product teams, and stakeholders, you’ll ensure our brand voice is consistently applied—building trust, clarity, and confidence for every audience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive design, clear communication, and using language to make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Own and apply the brand tone of voice across all digital products, services, and journeys, ensuring content is clear, consistent, and human for both internal and external audiences. Create, review, and refine UX content that simplifies complex information, removes friction, and enables users to complete tasks confidently using accessible, plain language.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including UX designers, UI engineers, product owners, product managers, and delivery leads—to shape seamless, end-to-end user experiences.
- Operate effectively within a SAFe/agile environment, partnering with product and delivery teams to align content with user needs, business goals, and prioritised backlogs.
- Champion UX writing best practice by coaching and influencing stakeholders, while maintaining high content quality by identifying and improving inconsistencies, duplication, and unclear messaging.
- Contribute to content standards, patterns, and guidance, while supporting testing and iteration through research, feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve user understanding and experience.
About You
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar, with a track record of creating impactful content for digital products and services—ideally within complex or regulated environments.
- A strong understanding of how language shapes user experience, with the ability to thoughtfully balance user needs, business goals, and brand expression to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Passionate about bringing a brand’s voice to life, with experience applying and championing tone of voice consistently across multiple touchpoints for both internal and external audiences.
- Comfortable working in agile or SAFe environments, collaborating closely with product and delivery teams and contributing across discovery, refinement, and delivery.
- An exceptional communicator with strong writing and editing skills, confident in using plain English to make complex or technical information accessible, inclusive, and easy to understand.
- A collaborative and detail-oriented mindset, with experience working alongside design systems, content standards, and UX tools (such as Figma, Confluence, or CMS platforms), and using research, testing, and insights to continuously improve and evolve content.
