  • In-depth technical understanding of Business and IS elements supporting Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
  • Comprehensive background in internal audit, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Ability to synthesize and convey complex audit topics to stakeholders and the Corporate Audit team.
  • Strong leadership with a track record of developing high-performing talent.
  • Strong project management skills, successfully leading multiple teams and audit projects simultaneously.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, presenting complex information clearly.
  • Data-Driven, advocate for technology and data in modern audit practices.
  • Change Management, looks for Initiates and manages change, removing barriers to achieve meaningful goals.
