We’re hiring a Senior Management Accountant in our Report-to-Report team! In this role you will ensuring accounting records are accurate and appropriately support month end, half year, and year end reporting.
This role is based out of our Warwick office, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. The role will require a reasonable amount of travel to locations across South Wales and the Southwest to provide local support to the engineering function.

What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of the month-end close, delivering accurate, timely results every time.
- Post journals with confidence and precision, keeping everything clean and well con-trolled.
- Reconcile balance sheets to maintain strong financial integrity.
- Manage system interfaces into SAP/E5 smoothly, resolving issues before they impact delivery.
- Drive the close programme end-to-end—keeping things on track, managing risks, and hitting deadlines without compromise.
- Continuously review and improve how things are done, strengthening SOPs across both onshore and offshore teams.
- Build a strong partnership with CapGemini, working together to raise the bar on service quality and performance.
- Champion process excellence by spotting opportunities, simplifying where possible, and putting smarter solutions in place.
- Create a consistent, high-quality experience for stakeholders—reliable, responsive, and easy to engage with.
- Ensure everything is delivered in line with SOX and business controls, protecting com-pliance at every step
What You’ll Have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with strong experience in financial reporting, accounting, and driving business change.
- Confident across governance, risk, internal controls, and end-to-end close processes, with strong SAP knowledge.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA (including Real Estate & Property Management and GL), system interfaces, master data, and audit support.
- Strong understanding of SOX controls and operating effectively within a controlled environment.
- Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly analytical, able to interpret complex data and manage large datasets with ease.
- Able to turn business requirements into accurate, practical technical solutions.
- Adaptable and delivery-focused, with experience mentoring or supporting others and managing competing priorities under pressure.

What You'll Get:
Up to £58,000– dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
