We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide meaningful financial insight to business stakeholders and Group Finance. You’ll support high-quality forecasting, deliver clear monthly analysis and reporting, and take ownership of key processes and controls while working closely with Finance Business Partners.

 

This role is based out of our Warwick office, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and challenge Entity performance to provide insightful reporting, aligned to group and entity targets.
  • Prepare insightful financial analysis and draft narrative for Group, Executive and Board reporting. 
  • Coordinate and deliver the Quarterly Rolling Forecast in partnership with Finance Busi-ness Partners.
  • Prepare key financial inputs to support entity and functional requirements. 
  • Act as a trusted business partner across the organisation, collaborating with specialist managers, wider finance teams, and the business. 
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis, investigation, and resolution of complex or challenging issues.
  • Proactively build own knowledge of RIIO T3 and its impact on the industry and the busi-ness to support key decisions and advise and guide own business area
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve processes through best practice and new technologies such as advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query & Power Bi, to create and improve internal financial models.
  • Lead and support the transformation of AI capabilities, embedding AI-enabled insights and autommation to improve financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

What You'll Have:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with strong experience across planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting—confident turning data into clear insight. 
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; exposure to Power BI / Power Query is a plus, with a focus on continuous improvement. 
  • Solid grounding in management accounting and core financial processes end-to-end. 
  • Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities. 
  • Highly organised self-starter, able to work independently and across multiple teams, while planning deliverables 6–12 months ahead. 
  • Experience producing Board and Executive-level reporting to tight timelines, often adapting to changing requirements. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach and confidence using AI tools (e.g. GPT, Copilot). 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment—able to stay calm, adapt quickly and flex your approach to meet business needs.

What You'll Get:

Up to £57,000– dependent on experience and capability.
 
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
