We're looking for a Reward Operations & Global Administration Team Lead to lead our Reward Operations teams across the UK and India, ensuring outstanding service delivery across compensation, benefits, pensions, time and absence management, and reward programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine operational leadership, reward expertise, vendor management and transformation experience to help shape how we deliver reward services to thousands of colleagues. You'll work closely with teams across Reward, HR, Payroll, Finance, Technology and our external partners to drive service excellence, continuous improvement and an exceptional employee experience.
This role is based out of our Warwick office, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop Reward Operations teams across the UK and India, delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.
- Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, pensions, time and absence, and salary sacrifice programmes.
- Provide expert reward operations guidance and resolve complex employee and stakeholder queries.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, pensions and benefits regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage governance, controls and audit readiness across all reward and absence processes.
- Build and manage relationships with external providers, driving performance through SLAs, KPIs and service reviews.
- Partner with Reward, Payroll, Finance, HR Technology and People teams to deliver a seamless colleague experience.
- Drive continuous improvement through process standardisation, automation, system enhancements and reward transformation initiatives.
What You'll Have:
- Proven experience leading and developing teams within a complex, matrixed service delivery environment.
- Strong background in Reward Operations, Benefits Administration and HR Operations.
- In-depth knowledge of UK reward, pensions, benefits and absence management practices, legislation and regulations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance and business leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects and operational deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, automation and transformation initiatives.
- Strong vendor management experience, alongside knowledge of HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar platforms.

What You'll Get:
Up to £55,000– dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
