The role

You will own the single, joined-up view across a nationwide portfolio of around 15 - 20 engineering projects. Bring coordination, control and clarity connecting project teams with senior leaders, planners and regulatory reporting colleagues to keep delivery locked to our strategic objectives.

Coordinate activity across multiple workstreams, stay on top of progress, risks and dependencies, and produce sharp updates that drive timely decisions. Keep the portfolio focused on safe, efficient delivery making it easier for others to do their best work.

Requirments:

• Proven experience coordinating a portfolio or multiple projects, balancing priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Strong governance and reporting skills, turning complexity into clear, decision-ready updates.
• Confident stakeholder manager, builds trust fast, influences well, and challenges constructively.
• Purpose-driven mindset, proud to help build a safer, lower-carbon energy system.

Pay and Benefits

• £54,090 to £64,000 pa + Bonus (up to 4% 2025).
• Contributory pension scheme up to 6% - company contribution up to 12%. Totalling 18%.
• 26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days.
• 37 hours Mon – Fri.
