About the role

As Portfolio Data Analyst, you’ll manage and control changes to a portfolio of assets by working with multiple stakeholders regularly. Analysing and reporting on cost, scope, and volume changes, you’ll provide a monthly performance reporting pack to show the overall portfolio position, providing narrative to highlight reasons for any changes.  You’ll also carry out impact analyses to determine and assess the impact of changes against regulatory allowances and business targets.

 

Analysing and highlighting the risks to the overall portfolio delivery, you’ll work with stakeholders to mitigate these risks and deliver commitments, as well as support team activities for regulatory reporting.

 

You’ll be based at our office in Warwick for one day per week and this can be combined with hybrid working from home.

 

 

What you'll need

 

With excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerBI, including complex formulae, you’ll have experience of data analysis and business reporting and be able to present information in a concise manner.

 

You’ll also have experience in managing stakeholder relationships, coupled with presentation skills and being able to engage and influence stakeholders.

 

Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, are key as is the ability to use your own initiative and make decisions.

 

In addition, you’ll have a proven track record within a commercial environment.

 

We welcome graduates in Maths and Science fields. A passion for finding better ways to do things and a commitment to high-quality work are essential. Having some experience in a business setting is a bonus.
