Job Purpose
We're looking for a Performance Improvement Lead to help drive our performance improvement agenda across Asset Operations, the team responsible for maintaining the high-voltage electricity network across England and Wales.

What you'll do
- Lead and deliver improvement and efficiency projects across Asset Operations.
- Use business insight, analytics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps.
- Analyse business challenges, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Support the development and enhancement of end-to-end business processes.
- Work closely with leaders and teams to embed continuous improvement behaviours, methodologies and tools.
- Drive engagement with improvement initiatives and help create a culture of continuous success across the business.
About you
We're looking for someone with a strong background in process improvement who can identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver meaningful change.
You'll have:
- Proven experience leading and delivering business improvement projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience applying Lean methodologies and process improvement techniques.
- Strong data analysis and performance reporting skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Power BI.
- Understanding of end-to-end process journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style and influence at all levels.
