PMO Lead/PMO Analyst

We’re recruiting a PMO Lead and PMO Analyst to support a large, complex Cyber Programme made up of multiple projects.
The PMO Lead will oversee programme-wide PMO activity, ensuring effective governance, consistent reporting, and strong assurance practices. You’ll drive the development and execution of governance frameworks, lead PMO services, and manage the PMO team to support successful delivery.
The PMO Analyst will provide high‑quality project support, maintaining robust governance, documentation, and reporting across individual projects. You’ll work closely with Project and Programme Managers to ensure RAID management, change control, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery of PMO outputs.
Key Accountabilities – PMO Lead
- Ensure consistent application of governance processes across the programmes, including high‑quality reporting and standardised approaches.
- Track and manage all programme deliverables, artefacts, and outputs.
- Produce accurate PMO deliverables supporting regulatory and programme commitments.
- Work with Project/Programme Managers to maintain effective RAID management.
- Oversee change control processes relating to scope, plans, and budgets.
- Deliver PMO services and engage directly with key stakeholders.
- Oversee SharePoint structure, version control, and audit readiness.
- Facilitate team meetings and manage supporting tools such as hubs and planners.
- Manage PMO resources and develop the PMO function to enhance programme delivery.
Key Accountabilities – PMO Analyst
- Develop strong working relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and third parties.
- Provide project support services to ensure efficient processes and on‑time delivery.
- Support standardisation of PMO processes, templates, and frameworks, ensuring governance processes are followed and mange governance cadence to support audit readiness and compliance.
- Track and maintain deliverables, artefacts, and outputs, managing Sharepoint and audit activities.
- Produce high‑quality PMO deliverables to meet programme and regulatory commitments.
- Support RAID management and change control alongside Project/Programme Managers.
- Provide support for governance forums.
These roles are based in Warwick and offer the flexibility of hybrid working.
What you'll need
- Proven PMO experience within a large‑scale transformation programme.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, prioritisation, and change processes.
- Excellent skills in Excel, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
- Awareness of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce consistently high‑quality outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and influencing at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, ambiguous environments, demonstrating drive, resilience, and commitment to high standards.
- Strong analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse and present data using Power BI, is advantageous.
- Experience in Cyber programmes or regulated environments is advantageous.
For the PMO Lead role:
You will also bring experience operating in a senior PMO position, managing governance and reporting frameworks, and providing supervisory or team leadership.
