- Ensure alignment with wider Asset Operations and enterprise change initiatives, maintaining line of sight across all transformation activity
- Lead portfolio-level financial stewardship, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits realisation
- Oversee investment governance processes, including business case development, approvals, and performance tracking

- Act as a key interface between delivery teams and senior leadership, enabling effective and timely decision-making
- Embed strong governance frameworks, policies, and controls across the portfolio
- Champion a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across Asset Management
About you
- Senior leadership experience in change and transformation, with a proven track record of owning and delivering complex portfolios of programmes and projects
- Deep expertise in portfolio, programme, and project management, including governance, risk, cost, and performance management
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience overseeing budgets, forecasts, and investment decision-making at portfolio level
- Ability to quickly assimilate complex information, identify key issues, and translate into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations
- Highly developed stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to deliver through others in a matrix environment
- Experience operating in complex, regulated environments (utilities, infrastructure, or similar preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of change methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and governance frameworks
- Strategic, structured thinker with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset and the energy to drive outcomes at pace
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while holding others accountable for delivery
