  • Own the monthly Asset Management Performance Pack, bringing together operational, financial, capability and risk insights into a clear executive-level view.
  • Support the Director and Senior Leadership Team with governance, decision-making, action tracking and strategic delivery.

  • Capture and represent the voice of internal customers, ensuring stakeholder feedback is understood and reflected in departmental priorities.
  • Develop and deliver internal communication plans that connect colleagues to the department's strategy, priorities and achievements.
  • Monitor emerging business, regulatory and organisational developments, providing forward-looking insight and horizon scanning to help the leadership team stay ahead of future challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how the function operates, embedding a culture of performance, accountability and learning.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insight.
  • Experience producing performance reporting, dashboards or executive-level management information.
