- Own the performance narrative, translating actuals, forecasts, risks and opportunities into clear actions.
- Lead month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and business commentary.
- Develop insight into key cost drivers (labour, contractors, maintenance, inspections, repairs and support costs).
- Provide robust challenge to ensure forecasts are evidence-based and aligned to operational plans.
- Ensure strong financial governance, including accurate Opex/Capex classification and audit-ready reporting.
- Improve data quality, reporting and MI, enabling better, faster decision making across the business.
What You'll Have:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
- Strong commercial mindset with confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate credibly at senior levels.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets and driving insight-led decision making.
- Strong understanding of financial governance, controls and risk.
- A focus on what matters most to the business, making sure time and effort is going into the areas that will have the biggest impact.
- trong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance management.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.
