Job Purpose

To define a strategic plan for document and data management and to proactively lead the enhancement of the information stored.

Key Accountabilities

  • Transform the quality of recorded information so it is universally recognized.
  • Set the strategic roadmap of information quality measures for critical information.
  • Set and manage the control framework around critical information.
  • Lead the setting and development of information processes, standards and systems.
  • Develop, implement and manage strategies, policies, procedures and specifications associated with the production, retention and management of technical data records, to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory obligations and business requirements.
  • Identify areas of information weakness and to set and manage a program of initiatives to rectify any issues.
  • Set the direction for and coordinate the governance arrangements for asset management.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a numerate or analytical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience
