This includes identifying future risks and opportunities, proposing improvements ranging from local ways of working to significant business change, and building robust business cases to support decision‑making.

You’ll lead change initiatives end to end, engaging stakeholders, securing buy‑in, and project managing implementation to ensure sustainable and effective delivery of change.

This role is based in our Warwick office, with a requirement to attend at least one day per week, alongside hybrid working from home.

What you'll need
