In this role you can enjoy our hybrid working from our Warwick office and home. You'll be flexible to regular travel throughout England and Wales, depending on the Customer project.
Job Purpose
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with customers to build and strengthen relationships.
- Log customer complaints and resolve these quickly and efficiently.
- Capture customer intelligence in our CRM system and feed insight into our business plan.
- Act as a data champion for our CRM system to ensure our data is accurate and aligns with our customer’s pipeline.
- Have basic knowledge of a TOCO and be able to articulate in ways to suit customer understanding.
- Understand our customer’s needs and keep them updated via progress meetings and communications.
- Share knowledge, coach and help in developing the Assistant Relationship Managers.
About You
Interpersonal, Supervisory or Management
- Experience of managing multiple customers or stakeholders.
- Proven track record of being able to influence at a peer level.
- Commercial acumen and negotiations skills.
- Thrives in a busy working environment with numerous activities running in parallel.
Technical or Specialist
- Experience in relationship and/or account management preferred.
- Experience in using a CRM System (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
Full UK driving licence required
What You'll Get
A competitive salary between £42,000 – £50,000 dependent on capability
As well as your base salary here are some of the benefits that you’re entitled to:
- 26 days holiday, plus eight statutory days, an option to buy extra holiday days, and the option to holiday swap up to 3 bank holiday days

- A generous pension scheme, double matched up to 6% of your salary each month. For every £1 you contribute we’ll put in another £2, so if you put in 6%, we’ll add 12% giving a total of 18% to your pension pot
