This is a Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to any of the following locations: Albany, NY, Syracuse, NY, Brooklyn, NY, Hicksville, NY, or Waltham, MA.

Job Purpose
As a Lead Data Analyst for the Kraken program, you will be responsible for owning and delivering reports and dashboards to support our business units in New York and Massachusetts. Additionally, you will be required engage with program and business stakeholders, IT, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure overall program success.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead our efforts to define business outcomes and drive business requirements for all reporting areas
- Support and shape our dynamic reporting transition strategy as we have customers across two systems throughout deployment
- Lead customer reporting delivery in an agile manner, in full partnership with the Information Technology team in coordination with customer migration schedules. Responsible to build reports and BI dashboard to support the operational needs of our business partners
- Refine the reporting repository and backlog, from current state to an efficient outcome-based catalog across specific business units.
- Collaborate closely with IT, data teams, and business stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure mutual understanding of reporting and data migration impacts with the Kraken program.
- Obtain business sign-off on all reporting outcomes
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile or CI/CD, with knowledge in Scaled Agile, agile methodologies and/or CI/CD
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, reporting and Power BI required
- Understanding of outcome-based requirements and process efficiency
- Knowledge of Kraken or CSS systems preferred
- Understanding of Meter to Cash, Customer Operations and/or CIS functionality preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, reporting or analytics related roles. With at least 1-5 years of utility customer operations experience a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with agile and/or CI/CD programs
- Strong technical and data-oriented skills, to create, manage and maintain dynamic data analysis
- Ability to successfully collaborate and drive cooperation across diverse teams with potentially conflicting goals and objectives
- Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement, with experience communicating at the executive level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; present information in a clear and concise manner, maintain effective working relationships with demonstrated maturity with various levels within the organization.
- Must be self-directed with strong customer focus, motivated and have high personal standards of excellence, commitment, integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time, while maintaining strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, and meeting strict deadlines.

Upstate NY Salary: $128,000 - $150,000 a year
Downstate NY Salary: $153,000 - $180,000 a year
MA Salary: $143,000 - $168,000 a year
