What You'll Do
• Lead financial reporting and analysis processes across Global IT & Digital and Group Functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful outputs that support monthly reviews and corporate submissions.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching, oversight, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and senior stakeholders to shape financial narratives, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Own the development of executive-ready presentations and reporting packages, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Drive improvements in reporting tools, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate across US, UK, and Global FP&A teams to support enterprise-wide performance management.
• Manage day-day operations the team’s workload, helping shape priorities, workflows, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture that supports the needs of multiple business units.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or analysis, ideally within a shared services or matrixed environment.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members, with the ability and drive to step into formal people management responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CPA) is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build clear, compelling presentations and create and review spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Annual Salary
$116,000-$136,000
