About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with solid experience who is ready to build deeper specialized capability and take on broader ownership across learning design and delivery, performance and development, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
You will help design and shape key performance, learning and capability initiatives as part of the talent center of excellence, working within a broader center of excellence and business partnering model. This role brings together strong coordination, proactive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage workstreams and stakeholder expectations with confidence. It also requires an external lens, bringing relevant best and leading practice ideas into the work across activities and initiatives that span the United States and the United Kingdom.
This role requires someone who is a strong communicator, highly organized, demonstrates learning agility and sound judgment, is confident working autonomously, and is able to build credibility with a range of stakeholders while driving work forward.
This role operates in a hybrid working model, with an expectation of working in the office 2+ days per week as work requires to support collaboration, relationship building, and team connection, along with flexibility to begin earlier in the day when needed to make the most of U.S. and U.K. time zone overlap
This role requires occasional travel to company sites across New England and New York, with rare travel to the United Kingdom as needed
What You'll Do
Program Delivery, Reporting & Workstream Management
- Lead coordination and delivery of enterprise performance, learning and capability programs, ensuring a high-quality experience from planning through execution
- Manage assigned workstreams from planning through delivery, including delivery plans, stakeholders, communications, reporting, risks, and follow-through
- Track, interpret, and use key performance indicators (KPIs), participation, engagement, feedback, and outcome data to identify insights, inform decisions, and recommend improvements
- Partner with others to support financial tracking, supplier coordination, and value reviews
- Lead or strengthen internal networks (e.g., content curators, champions) to drive adoption and engagement
- Take ownership of monthly, quarterly or campaign-based communications, updates, and deliverables aligned to broader team priorities, escalating issues and making recommendations as needed
Operational Support & Delivery
- Coordinate and help strengthen performance, learning, and capability programs and initiatives, including coaching administration, assessment coordination, mentor matching, participant communications, onboarding coordination, employee experience activities, and performance culture work
- Design, refine, and coordinate central frameworks and models used across business units and functions
- Support high-quality conversations and continuous feedback practices, coordinate day-to-day program details with internal team members and our Master Service Provider for training, and manage scheduling and program logistics
- Manage schedules, logistics, and deliverables for assigned workstreams, proactively resolving issues and adjusting plans as needed
- Oversee trackers, dashboards, and documentation that support operational effectiveness, performance visibility, decision-making, and team effectiveness
- Maintain governance and control over key policies and procedures, ensuring materials, processes, and documentation remain current, accurate, and aligned to agreed standards
Communication, Marketing & Content Creation
- Develop clear, engaging, and forward-looking communications and content to promote programs, clarify expectations, drive participation, and support adoption of new behaviors and ways of working across a range of formats
- Create polished, professional materials including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel trackers, and facilitation materials
- Design visually engaging assets such as flyers, guidebooks, toolkits, multimedia and digital content, and content for Viva Engage and other social channels using tools like Canva and other appropriate technologies
- Develop and support change management and reinforcement materials such as guides, reminders, manager resources, talking points, and frequently asked questions to sustain adoption and behavior change
- Support creation of interactive content, experiential learning activities, and collaboration sessions using tools like Miro and other appropriate technologies, with the ability to contribute to learning design and refinement where needed
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work closely within a center of excellence and business partnering model, alongside human resources business partners, other People Function centers of excellence, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers
- Build strong working relationships, manage day-to-day stakeholder needs, and provide credible, responsive support while moving work forward across multiple priorities
- Contribute to team communications, updates, and engagement activities with confidence, professionalism, and increasing autonomy
Systems, Tools & Content Management
- Maintain and improve HR technology and learning technology platforms such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, and other internal systems, working closely with HR Technology partners to support effective delivery and ensure new opportunities fit within the broader ecosystem
- Manage structured file organization across shared environments and maintain documentation standards
- Oversee and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring content is organized, current, easy to navigate, and continuously improved as features evolve
- Design and maintain Grid:home intranet assets, ensuring content is clear, current, well organized, and easy for colleagues to access
- Adapt quickly to new tools and features to improve how content is managed and accessed

What You'll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, learning & development, learning design, HR, program coordination, communications, or related field, with demonstrated ability to manage programs or operational workstreams in complex environments.
- Hands-on experience designing, refining, or adapting learning experiences, materials, or program content.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology, education, HR, business, or related field preferred; specialized L&D/OD/coaching/assessment/psychometrics certifications strongly valued.
- Proven track record managing projects from planning through delivery: project plans, stakeholder coordination, milestone management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and follow-through.
- Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across matrixed organisations, including multi‑function and multi‑geography programs.
- Required experience operating in large, matrixed organisations spanning the United States and the United Kingdom (multi‑country program experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish credibility with stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for adult learners: discussion‑based facilitation, interactive activities, breakouts, reflection, knowledge checks, polling, and adapting to audience needs and energy.
- Ability to create clear, professional materials and facilitation content in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel with strong attention to audience experience and practical application.
- Experience producing engaging communications, guides, campaigns, and learning materials; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, simple, engaging content.
- Experience with learning technologies and content management (e.g., SharePoint, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning) and with dashboards/reporting tools such as Power BI to surface KPIs and support recommendations.
- Strong file organisation, content management, and dashboard/reporting literacy.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint); quick to learn tools like ServiceNow and Miro for planning, reporting, and collaboration.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and reliable with strong follow‑through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate strong execution, prioritisation, and issue resolution skills.
- Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously, show initiative, and build trust across stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change; keeps abreast of external trends and introduces relevant best practices to strengthen delivery and stakeholder experience.
- Systems thinker who connects day‑to‑day work to broader goals and operating models and approaches work in a structured, scalable way.
