The Role
This role in the AMI Meter Field Deployment team is responsible for monitoring meter connectivity and performance, as well as planning and managing work returned to the utility. The position requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensure optimal meter functionality and efficient workflow management.
What You'll Do
- Research and resolve Utility Intervention Required / Return to Utility (UIR/RTU) issues by reviewing the UIR list daily, research any different types of UIR/RTU issues and provide information and updates for timely meter deployment forecast adjustments and updates
- Maintain and create Power Bi Dashboards for meter related needs varying from meter installation numbers, RTU data overviews, CMS true RTU work, visual for deployment date forecast. Requests will vary depending on stakeholder’s needs of RTU data, CMS RTU work data, and meter installation data needs.
- Manage UIR Approval/Denial process to ensure CMS has the True CMS work in their log of the National Grid side and send back any installs UPA can handle in a timely manner
- Work with dispatch, CMS, and UPA to identify UIR labeling to ensure the UIRs/RTUs sent to National Grid CMS has the correct label to support CMS with correct resource coordination for RTU work
- Update install reports and manage completion and error tracking; Process and analyze post-installation data to ensure accurate meter mitigation
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required
- 3+ years of analytical experience required
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects required
- Demonstrated skills in the use of relevant software, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
- Proven analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and the ability to organize information (quantitative and qualitative)
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Consistently deliver high-quality outputs on time, ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required

Salary
$83,000 - $98,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
