Surveyor - Strategic Infrastructure
About the role
Join us and navigate the land rights that shapes tomorrow’s energy network.
If you’re a Chartered Surveyor working in land or infrastructure, you already know the complexity of major projects. But what if you could go further…
At National Grid, you’ll be part of The Great Grid Upgrade – a once-in-a-generation programme redefining how electricity is delivered across England and Wales. This is your opportunity to work at scale, take ownership, and see the real impact of your work on the ground.
You’ll be aligned to major infrastructure projects across West Yorkshire or Wales / West Midlands, working at the forefront of The Great Grid Upgrade. This is a role that goes beyond the office – you’ll spend time on-site, engaging directly with landowners, communities and project teams, seeing the real-world impact of your work.
Alongside this, you’ll benefit from flexible, hybrid working, with access to our key office hubs in Warwick, Birmingham, London and Leeds – giving you the freedom to balance collaboration, project delivery and autonomy in a way that works for you.
