Flexible on base location but commutable to Warwick with hybrid working a mix of home, office and site.

 

As the Quality System and Process Specialist, you’ll have expert knowledge in quality systems and processes, supporting the ongoing development of our ISO Integrated Management System (IMS). Your support will ensure documentation is controlled, accessible and compliant, and you’ll guide stakeholders on best practice, reporting and continuous improvement.

 

You’ll own procedural governance, making sure systems and processes are managed consistently and aligned across the organisation. That includes reviewing and embedding new processes so they’re fit for purpose, properly consulted on, clearly structured and free from duplication—creating a cohesive framework that supports the business now and in the future. Working with stakeholders across the business, you’ll coordinate document control, support governance forums, to maintain high-quality policies and procedures. You’ll also help improve the structure and usability of the ISO IMS SharePoint platform so information stays current, intuitive and easy to navigate.

 

You’ll contribute to ISO 9001 certification readiness and wider quality improvement work, including audit support and the rollout of best practice. You’ll also develop clear guidance and training materials to build understanding and promote consistent application of IMS requirements. Your expertise will cover the full lifecycle of supplier quality assurance within contract and procurement activity, providing trusted support from early engagement through to delivery. You’ll also respond to quality enquiries and investigations, identifying root causes and putting effective, lasting improvements in place.

Requirements:

To succeed, you’ll have strong experience with ISO management systems, governance frameworks, auditing and assurance. You’ll be comfortable embedding structured approaches in complex organisations and have the communication skills to influence, collaborate and make sound decisions with internal and external stakeholders. Including the following:

  • IRCA Lead Auditor (CQI) qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability in effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong written, computer (Microsoft 365 Suite) and analytical skills.
  • Proven proficiency in ISO 9001 quality management systems and certification processes.
  • Experience in document control, procedures, and process management.
  • Full UK driving licence

Pay and Benefits

  • £48,374 to £55,000 pa salary + Bonus (2025 up to 4%)
  • Contributory pension scheme up to 6% - company contribution up to 12%. Totalling 18%.
  • 26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days.
  • 37 hours Mon - Fri
