Project Manager

Business Unit:  Strategic Infrastructure
Requisition Number:  11612

About The Role

The Strategic Infrastructure (SI) business unit has been set up to deliver 17 new major projects in the UK, as well as other strategic projects to help us deliver on our net zero ambitions and help the UK Government meet its target of 50GW of renewable energy by 2030.

As Project Manager you won’t just oversee delivery—you’ll shape it. From development and sanction through to execution, you’ll drive the project to successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead on risk management, ensuring potential challenges are proactively identified, scoped, and mitigated. Working closely with delivery partners and the wider project team, you’ll manage EPC contracts, enable strong commercial performance, and foster collaboration across a complex stakeholder landscape.

Above all, you’ll champion a culture of excellence—embedding rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards while ensuring the project meets its regulatory, stakeholder, and customer commitments.

This role will support the delivery of the Weston Marsh to Leicestershire Project and will be based across the East and West Midlands region. You will be expected to travel to 2-3 times a week operational and delivery sites and locations throughout your working week based on project demands. Operational or delivery roles requiring attendance at multiple sites within a region. Travel to our Birmingham project office.
