Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the investment process during pre-construction, delivery, and closure of projects, ensuring governance is maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CDM, and Environmental legislation, as well as National Grid standards.
  • Act as the Client's Delegated Representative and Principal Designer as required under CDM Regulations.
  • Provide regular project status reports, including financial forecasting and risk management data.
  • Serve as the NEC Project Manager or equivalent for various contract type

 

 

What you'll need

 

We are looking for experts who are passionate about project delivery. The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Proven experience in successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Strong influencing, negotiating, and communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of construction industry Health & Safety standards.
  • Demonstrable contract management experience, ideally with NEC3 or 4.
  • Experience with high-value projects and HV power projects is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the electricity industry is a plus.

  • Salary of £54,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and capability, plus Market supplement of £4.5k per annum
