  • Act as the Client’s Delegated Representative and Principal Designer where required under CDM Regulations.
  • Produce regular project updates, including programme progress, financial forecasting, and risk management reporting.
  • Support the NEC Project Manager in the delivery of contracts.

What We Offer

  • A flexible hybrid working model across home, site, and office, around the Norfolk region.
  • The opportunity to contribute to high-impact, nationally important infrastructure projects.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment where your contribution and development are valued.

  • Proven problem‑solving abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • The ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across teams and partners.
  • A background of working with teams to deliver complex tasks or construction.

If you’re motivated to help deliver complex, high‑value projects safely, on time, and within budget, and you’re based in the Norfolk region, we’d love to hear from you.

What's in it for you?

  • Salary of £47,400 - £57,000 dependent on experience and capability,
