Job Purpose

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and advanced financial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Direct and manage all phases of large construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to ensure financial health and timely delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, Engineers, Environmental Scientists and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports and financial forecasts to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other project documentation.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in construction project management or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing cash flow forecasts.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, financial controls, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project , Procore).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Salary: $105,000.00 - $124,000.00 USD
