Job Purpose

The Project Controls team is accountable for the development, management, update, and analysis of project schedules and costs for a $1B+ portfolio of complex capital electric projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
• Create and maintain project control databases and tracking systems.
• Summarize project performance metrics and provide specialized direction and recommendations to the project teams and management for the resolution of diverse project controls issues.
• Develop relationships and build networks within the Capital Delivery team; intake data and reporting requests, and develop accessible, responsive, and creative solutions for our internal customers
• Build beautiful, engaging, reliable, and accurate reports and dashboards within Power BI that deliver actionable insights to project teams and senior leadership
• Analyze a broad variety of project data to evaluate and report on project performance, health, cost, and schedule KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any discipline, with preference for STEM, computer science, or construction engineering
• 1-3 years of proven relevant experience
• Developing listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel) is required
• Proficiency in Power BI & BI Workspaces is a bonus
• Previous utility project management and/or project controls experience welcome

More Information

Salary: $83,000 - $98,000
