The Role

 

 

Senior Policy Manager 

 

Location: London The Strand - Hybrid Working  

 

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)  

 

Public Affairs and Policy is responsible for engaging with and influencing key stakeholders externally including parliamentarians, government, think tanks, trade associations, academics and EU stakeholders. The team is also responsible for policy prioritisation, development and positioning. 

 

The Senior Policy Manager will Lead on UK policy development, collaborating with colleagues across the business. 

What you'll do

 

  • Co-leading policy governance, tracking delivery and outcomes
  • Anticipating and analysing emerging policy trends and their business impact
  • Providing expert advice to senior leaders, including Executive and Board-level input
  • Leading responses to Government consultations, legislation, and parliamentary inquiries
  • Creating compelling policy narratives, papers, and thought leadership
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across government, industry, and academia
  • Supporting high-profile advocacy campaigns and messaging strategies
  • Leading and developing a small, high-performing team

Salary £74,000 p.a. to £91,000 p.a. depending on experience.
