UK Group Strategy - Strategy Manager - London/Warwick

Business Unit:  Strategy and Regulation
Requisition Number:  9873

About us

At National Grid, we’re at the heart of a major change in how energy is produced, delivered and used. We connect millions of people to the energy they need across Great Britain and the US, while investing to support a cleaner, more reliable system for the future.

Joining us means working on challenges that matter. You’ll help shape how the energy system evolves, supporting the transition to net zero while helping keep energy affordable and reliable.

Our Group Strategy team works closely with senior leadership to support important decisions about where the business goes next. We look across the whole organisation, bringing together different perspectives to solve complex problems.

This role is a chance to contribute to that work—helping shape strategy, working with teams across the business, and supporting the UK’s long‑term energy and economic goals.

We’re committed to building a diverse team and welcome people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

The role can be based in London (Strand) or Warwick, with hybrid working and some travel between locations.
