Working as part of the Global Compensation team, the Senior Compensation Analyst will support the day-to-day management of all aspects of employee compensation (market benchmarking, salary analysis, pay modelling) focused in the UK for the NGET Business Unit and wider team as needed.
Reporting to the Global Compensation Manager but also working closely with the Employee Relations team, you’ll conduct analysis and metrics required for decision-making.
The role is hybrid and ideally you will be based out of our Warwick office once a week but can be based in London office.
What you'll do
- Produce reporting and data analytics, as required
- Ensure data is up-to-date and accurate
- Produce benchmarking and market pricing, as required
- Work alongside Finance to produce costing analysis for key projects
- Participate in several compensation projects, including pay progression, external market benchmarking and equal pay audit amongst others
- Ensure key findings are peer reviewed
What you'll need
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders which operate collaboratively and innovatively.
- Inquisitive and curious mindset to identify and resolve issues as and when they arise.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to all levels.
- Experience in utilising analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate the analysis of data
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets, distill trends, and navigate ambiguity to uncover drivers and insights.
What you'll get
A competitive salary between £50,000 - £62,000 per annum– dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
