We're looking for a Corporate Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing a portfolio of corporate sites, ensuring colleagues, customers and partners have exceptional environments in which to work and thrive. Based on your assigned region, you'll lead the delivery of facilities and property services, drive performance through our supplier network, and help create workplaces that are safe, sustainable and fit for the future.

 

Based at our London office at The Strand, this is a predominantly office-based role where you'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the strategic planning and day-to-day management of facilities services across your portfolio of sites. 
  • Act as the key point of contact for workplace, facilities and property-related matters. 
  • Managw hard and soft facilities management service providers to ensure exceptional service, compliance and value for money. 
  • Champion a strong safety, health, environmental and security culture across sites and suppliers. 
  • Ensure buildings meet statutory obligations and National Grid governance standards. 
  • Identify and resolve operational, environmental and safety risks. 
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining a visible on-site presence. 
  • Support projects, workplace changes and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.

What You’ll Have:

  • Experience within facilities management, property management or workplace operations. 
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, statutory compliance and workplace best practice. 
  • Experience managing suppliers and holding partners accountable for performance and service delivery. 
  • A good understanding of building services, including mechanical and electrical systems. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. 
  • The ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. 
  • Membership of, or working towards membership of, IWFM, BIFM, IOSH or an equivalent professional body. 
  • NEBOSH Certificate and a full UK driving licence.

What You'll Get:

Up to £60,000 per annum– dependent on capability.
 
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
