Join us as Assistant Manager – ESG Reporting and become a force for change. You’ll help shape our ESG disclosure strategy, strengthen processes, and champion sustainability across the Group. From embedding global standards to automating data for accuracy, your work will bridge Finance and Sustainability and help us lead the charge toward net zero.
This role is based at our Strand office with an expectation of around two in-office days per week—specific days to be agreed with your team. You're welcome to come in more often, and we're happy to discuss any flexibility needed to support your working preferences
What you'll be getting up to
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate ESG disclosures and coordinate annual reporting (Responsible Business, TCFD, GRI, SASB, EU Taxonomy).
- Implement and maintain sustainability reporting policies aligned with global standards (TCFD, ISSB, GRI) and monitor regulatory changes.
- Manage ESG reporting processes via Workiva, ensuring data integrity and driving automation across systems.
- Prepare responses for ESG ratings agencies and support initiatives like Green Financing Framework and green bond issuances.
- Assist with internal ESG management reporting, forecasting, and addressing assurance provider feedback.

Competitive Salary, Starting range from £68,000 p.a. - depending on experience
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance to a maximum of 30% - and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. About you
- Experience in ESG with some exposure to sustainability assurance, or experience in a related role through internships, projects, or early career positions.
- Newly qualified Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW or CIMA) – preferred, not essential
- You will also be passionate about sustainability and have good knowledge of the transition to net zero.
