Job Purpose

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our growing Property Projects team, delivering a significant programme of capital investment works across the UK.

In this role, you’ll provide cross-functional support to the project team, helping to coordinate activities, maintain robust governance processes, and ensure accurate, timely information flows across the programme. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in enabling effective project delivery through strong administration, tracking, and reporting.

Given the scale and pace of the programme, you’ll need to be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and comfortable working in a fast-moving, project-based environment. Occasional travel, including overnight stays, will be required to support governance and performance meetings.

What you'll do

  • Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date project trackers, covering actions, governance, assurance activities and improvement initiatives
  • Track and follow up on actions, ensuring accountability, timely delivery, and escalation of risks or delays
  • Provide administrative support for project governance meetings and working groups, including coordinating inputs and recording outputs
  • Support the preparation of reporting packs, briefings, and presentations for leadership and wider programme updates
  • Ensure project documentation is well-organised, version-controlled and accessible across platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Assist with the coordination of programme communications, including leadership updates and all-hands sessions
  • Promote consistent ways of working by supporting templates, tools and governance frameworks
  • Work collaboratively across a UK-wide programme, supporting multiple stakeholders and teams

About you

  • Experience in an administrative, business support or coordination role, ideally within a project or programme environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and maintain accurate records
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritise and follow up on actions independently
  • Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels across a geographically dispersed team
  • Experience using structured trackers, logs or project management tools to support delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint (experience with AI-supported functionality is a plus)
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous exposure to project or programme delivery environments would be highly beneficial

What you'll get

A competitive salary between £30,000 - £35,000 – dependent on capability.

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.
