We’re excited to offer a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Superpowered Compliance Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory obligations while fostering a strong ethical culture.
Working closely with the Head of Compliance and the Risk and Controls team, you’ll ensure that compliance processes are superpowered for accuracy and efficiency—capturing, verifying, monitoring, and reporting data promptly and effectively.
What's in it for you?
A competitive salary between £61,000 - £74,000 per annum– dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.

What you'll be getting up to
· Support the Head of Compliance in identifying, assessing, and reporting compliance and ethics requirements
through established mechanisms (e.g., Compliance Business Assessment, Certificate of Assurance, Archer
platform).
· Promote a positive ethics culture by raising compliance awareness across the business.
· Monitor and ensure timely completion of compliance and ethics actions.
· Advise risk and controls owners on best practices; lead compliance/ethics training.
· Develop and execute the annual compliance training plan, ensuring high completion rates.
· Coordinate reporting materials for NGED Risk Committee and Audit Risk Committee.
About you
· You’ll have knowledge or experience of Compliance, Risk, Ethics or Assurance Frameworks, and be ambitious for
success, with a strong sense of initiative, a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
· Thorough knowledge of control design and testing
· Ability to grasp complex issues and effectively integrate, compile, and analyze information and data
· Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
