We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Global Recruitment Operations Manager to help shape the future of our recruitment function. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of Talent Acquisition, driving governance, performance, compliance and operational excellence across our UK and US recruitment teams.

 

As the Global Recruitment Operations Manager, you'll act as the governance, performance and business management lead for the Recruitment function, enabling the successful delivery of strategic priorities across a complex global organisation.

 

Working closely with the Recruitment Leadership Team and partnering with key stakeholders across People, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Ethics, Compliance, Risk and Audit, you'll provide the insight, governance and operational leadership required to ensure our recruitment organisation performs effectively today while building capability for tomorrow.

 

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution, giving you the opportunity to influence decision-making at a global level.

 

This role operates under a hybrid working model and can be based out of the Brooklyn, NY, Waltham, MA or Syracuse, NY office.  Hybrid work expectations are subject to business needs and company policy.

Job Purpose

To deliver the resourcing plan, strategies, policies and governance across the business for all levels of recruitment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform sourcing of candidates via agencies, e-recruitment, media for all roles in their business area.
  • Create and maintain all analytics of recruitment affairs in business area of focus.
  • Execute stakeholder management of recruiting managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a network of contacts within the industry and academia to help identify and source recruits.
  • Build positive relationships with external agency and vendors.
  • Analyze competitors' activities to build up an understanding of the labor market for talent and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) qualified
  • Ideally a high-level qualification in occupational testing
  • Experience in working with search and head hunter consultancies and recruitment agencies to source candidates including psychometric testing and employment legislation

Salary
