Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator will support SVP of Ops Support NY by managing major event coordination, leading analysis of the annual employee survey, and overseeing the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities. This role requires strong project-management proficiency, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that support engagement and culture objectives.  This is a hybrid role with some travel as needed.

Key Accountabilities

  • Executive program coordination: Act as primary coordinator for the executive’s major programs and initiatives related to employee engagement, culture and other ad-hoc activities.
  • Major event coordination: Plan and deliver large-scale events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) from concept through post-event evaluation. Coordinate event-related communications, materials, and executive briefings.
  • Employee survey management and analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey results and produce clear executive summaries, dashboards, and recommendations.  Translate survey insights into prioritized action plans and coordinate follow-up activities across stakeholders.
  • Employee engagement program management: Manage the calendar and delivery of recurring engagement activities (All Hands, Coffee Chats, recognition programs, team-building events).
  • Stakeholder relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Administration and continuous improvement: Maintain accurate project documentation, vendor lists, and post-event evaluations. Recommend process improvements and tools to increase efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing executive briefings and presentations within a variety of MS Suite of apps.
  • Bachelor's preferred plus 2 or more years of corporate experience supporting VP, Director and Manager levels
  • Strong organizational, analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; and experience managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating complex projects or events, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management practices and methodologies, including planning, scheduling, risk identification, and issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills; experience representing the executive office with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Strong data literacy with ability to translate results into concise, actionable recommendations.

Salary:

$63,000 - $74,000 a year
