What You'll Do

• Lead key financial reporting and analysis processes across Global IT & Digital and Group Functions, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.

• Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to develop, challenge, and refine business assumptions that drive short-term performance and long-term strategy.

• Produce executive-ready outputs and presentations that support monthly reviews and corporate submissions.

• Manage ad hoc requests with agility, delivering accurate and timely insights that support decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting tools, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

• Collaborate with peers across US, UK, and Global FP&A teams to foster an inclusive, customer-focused team environment.

• Play a key role in shaping financial insights that inform leadership decisions and drive business performance.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or analysis, ideally within a shared services or matrixed environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, automation, and visualization. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for building clear, executive-ready presentations.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.

• A proactive, improvement-oriented approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Annual Salary

Waltham and surrounding area:  $94,000-$111,000

Brooklyn and surrounding area:  $101,000-$119,000
