National Grid is hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager for our Digital Solution Transformation department. This hybrid role will be based in Syracuse, NY.

The Role
As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business and operations workstream within a cross-functional digital product team. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape the product vision, assess value and investment, and lead change management efforts that ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
What You'll Do
• Product Leadership: Own the development and evolution of National Grid’s electric capital planning optimization product, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
• Strategic Alignment: Lead business capability assessments to support enterprise road mapping and track objectives and key results (OKRs) to realize measurable benefits
• Requirements Delivery: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for product and technical teams
• Business Case Development: Build lean business cases with value projections and detailed investment estimates to support informed decision-making
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Business Owners to document current-state operations, represent the voice of the customer, and ensure business needs are reflected in product development
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• 3+ years’ experience working on digital product teams
• Proven ability to perform data analytics, including dashboard creation and delivering insights to stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience designing and running experiments to validate and refine business assumptions
• Strong understanding of digital product implementation and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to define, test, and iterate on product assumptions
• Agile product management experience highly preferred
• Experience with electric planning processes for a utility preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Salary
$111,000 - $125,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
