About us
Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive financial analysis and support to one or more business functions, ensuring appropriate financial control with a particular emphasis on timely, accurate, complete reporting and analysis which in turn informs and supports business decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop complex financial models, as well as undertaking reactive analysis to support business and financial initiatives.
- Coordinate the transition of new, prototype reporting models into to help mitigate risk and leverage opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Investigate the impact that business decisions and the resulting operational/procedural changes have on end-to-end financials.
- Support Finance Business Partners to coordinate the transition of new, prototype reporting models into the business help mitigate risk and leverage opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Support the delivery of change across Finance and the business, embracing new ways of working and owning delivery of key outcomes to drive the improvement of long-term business capability.
- Undertake critical balance sheet reconciliations including control accounts, fixed assets and bank accounts, and perform intercompany reconciliations and settlement of current accounts.
- Contribute to and proactively support the implementation of accounting policy or system changes, highlighting potential risks or opportunities to ensure service standards are not negatively impacted.
- Prepare and present financial reporting for project cost control, internal management meetings for parent company reporting requirements.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
- Confident in stakeholder management and working across teams to deliver objectives.

Brooklyn and surrounding areas: $84,000-$99,000
Waltham and surrounding areas: $78,000-$92,000
Syracuse and surrounding areas: $70,000-$82,000
Salary commensurate with experience and location.
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
