Job Purpose

The Senior Specialist will support Customer Energy Integration (CEI) by joining the Renewable Energy Connections team. This role focuses on enhancing internal user experience, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements.

Key Accountabilities

• Create, customize, and implement data integrity tools that incorporate visual management, error proofing, and data validation techniques.
• Analyze connection application trends and operational data to communicate insights in visually compelling formats.
• Troubleshoot records and data fields to identify interface and user errors.
• Review and refine existing legacy data, leading efforts to clean up anomalies and missing data.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members to identify enhancements for performance and data accuracy.
• Assist with ad hoc process improvement and IT enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of professional experience preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience required. 
• Minimum of 2 years in engineering, computer science, data science, or data-based visual management required. 
• Experience in relevant fields such as data visualization, machine learning, or user experience design is desirable.
• Strong understanding of visual management techniques and digital data visualization best practices.
• Proficiency in macros, SQL, and advanced Excel functionality.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and write clear, detailed process instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and clean energy technologies is preferred.

Salary: $93,000 - $109,000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Internal candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
