  • Other activities: Support IC Finance-wide projects and priorities as they arise.
  • Team leadership and development: Lead 2x direct reports and support in the curation of a highly motivated and capable team, developing talent and a performance management culture that drives value through engagement.

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong financial analysis and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Diverse Financial Expertise: Extensive experience in financial management, complemented by a broad range of skills in business modelling and management, driving informed decision-making and organisational success.
  • IFRS Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and a solid understanding of core financial statements, including Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position (SOFP), and Statement of Comprehensive Income (SOC).
  • Demonstrated Leadership in Finance: A proven track record of finance and leadership experience, encompassing financial management and strategic organisational budgeting.
  • Process Improvement Champion: Proven track record in implementing and monitoring processes, with a focus on adopting digital best practices.
  • Collaborative Partner: Skilled in building effective business partnerships that drive success.
  • Team Engagement: Experience in fostering collaboration and engagement across diverse teams and departments.
  • ERP/Finance System Expertise: Extensive experience with major ERP and finance systems, particularly SAP and SAC, enhancing operational efficiency.

So, if you’re excited about this role but your experience or qualifications don’t match the job description exactly, we encourage you to apply anyway. You might just be the right person for our growing business in this role or another one.
