This new vacancy sits within the Corporate Property team which is responsible for managing Property services including building maintenance, customer satisfaction, compliance and health & safety. The team manages National Grid core estate sites which includes National Grid House (Warwick), Eakring, The Strand and Didcot.
As part of our Corporate Property team, you will play a key role with the day-to-day support of our office estate. It's an exciting time in our business, as we respond to the changing office requirements with more hybrid working and consider what our future ways of working will look like. You'll support the team in ensuring we deliver a fantastic office environment to our colleagues across the business, responding to changing customer needs.
Please note that this a full time role is based out of our Warwick office from Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do:
- Raising and Management of Purchase Orders: Initiate, process, and track purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Assisting with Mail Services: Oversee daily mail operations, including sorting, distributing, and dispatching incoming and outgoing mail.
- Updating Business Continuity Plans and Communication Platforms: Regularly review and update business continuity plans to ensure they reflect current practices and protocols.
- Maintaining Corporate Property Infonet Pages: Ensure corporate property Infonet pages are up-to-date with accurate information regarding facilities, policies, and procedures.
- Administrative Lead and Contact for the Matrix Booking Platform: Act as the primary point of contact for the Matrix booking platform, addressing inquiries and providing support to users.
- Maintaining and Updating E-Permits Data: Oversee the management of E permits data, ensuring that all information is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting New Site Setups: Assist in the planning and execution of new site setups, coordinating logistics and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
- Handling Team Administration Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support team operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Assisting Facilities Team with Front of House Duties and Events: Support the facilities team in managing front of house operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff.
What You'll Have:
We’re looking for someone with excellent customer facing and customer liaison experience with the passion to provide an outstanding service.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to identify issues, analyse situations, and develop effective solutions.

What You'll Get:
Up to £33,323 dependent upon experience.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
